DETAILED ITINERARY

Early Morning – Pick-up from Your Hotel

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning private pick-up from your hotel in Kosgoda, Ahungalla, Bentota, or Induruwa. Due to the distance to Yala, an early start is required to reach the park in time for the best safari session.

During the drive, you will experience changing scenery from coastal landscapes to dry-zone forests and rural villages.

Arrival near Yala National Park

Upon arrival near Yala National Park, you will take a short break before entering the park. You will then transfer to a 4×4 safari jeep with an experienced local tracker who understands animal behavior and park routes.

Yala Jeep Safari Experience

The safari inside Yala National Park typically lasts 3 to 4 hours, depending on park regulations and wildlife activity.

During the safari, you may encounter:
